Infogroup Launches Interactive and Digital Marketing Solutions Division – Infogroup Interactive
Provides Marketers Better Multi-Channel Retention and Acquisition Solutions
(OMAHA, NE) – Infogroup (NASDAQ: IUSA), the leading provider of data driven and interactive resources for targeted sales, marketing and research solutions today announced the launch of Infogroup Interactive, a digital marketing solutions and services division designed to address the needs of the cross-channel and interactive marketer.
Infogroup Interactive brings together two key industry leading Infogroup divisions, Yesmail and Walter Karl Interactive, whose primary focus is addressing the ever expanding client need for integrated digital marketing solutions. The new division combines the market leading software solutions of Yesmail and the market leading digital media capabilities of Walter Karl Interactive, building a robust set of services and products that address business intelligence, data management, web development, social media and mobile marketing needs. The Infogroup Interactive product suite, a combination of software, services and digital media, is a single-vendor solution that enable marketers to:

The new interactive division, with 14 locations and over 1,000 customers, will be led by industry veteran and Yesmail President, Mike Hilts, President and General Manager, Infogroup Interactive; along with Rob Fitzgerald, President and General Manager of Media Solutions at Walter Karl Interactive; John Harrison, President and General Manager of Platform Solutions at Yesmail, overseeing the digital media and software offerings. Grant Roholt, Senior Vice President Technology and Chief Technology Officer at Yesmail, will be leading the technology and product initiative for the division and Tim Price, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Yesmail, will be heading the sales and marketing efforts. The cornerstones of Infogroup Interactive will be Yesmail’s market leading data management and marketing execution software and Walter Karl Interactive’s vast inventory of digital acquisition assets and services. Enterprise 7.0, scheduled to be released at the end of Q1, is a complete multi-channel business intelligence and campaign management solution, which will be the catalyst for integrating our product and service portfolio. It will also provide ready access to Walter Karl and Infogroup’s inventory of acquisition digital media assets. Internal creative, professional services and web development resource, combined with key social media, digital marketing and mobile partnerships will round out the interactive offering.
